| We have relocated to the Kyle, Texas area. After leasing our facilities for the past 5 years we have finally purchased 21 acres in Hays county on Hwy 21 (Camino Real Hwy). We purchased raw land with no improvements and are building our facility from the ground up. Until we get our barns, arena and house built we be boarding horses in 3-sided stalls with 18' X 70' paddocks (runs). The boarding fees for these are $150.00 a month PLUS feed & Hay.. We are running underground water lines and electricity for 10 more of these stalls with paddocks. We will start building our barns in the Summer of 2008 hopefully. The plan at this time is for 2 barns with a covered arena between them. We will also have 2 round pens, horse walker, boarders lounge, 2 wash stalls, feed & tack room, and an on site vet clinic for regular and emergency minor horse care, sometime in 2008-2009. We are building our facility from the ground up so it may be awhile before everything is built and in place but eventually we will have a Full Service modern horse boarding facility. Any photos you see on this web site are from our previous locations that we were leasing. We are in the process of setting up a breeding program for Missouri Foxtrotters and within the next 2 years we will be a full service Missouri Fox Trotter Ranch offering a comprehensive breeding program. We are also looking for an experienced horse person with a small camper or RV to live on the property to take care of the horses and help with other chores part time in exchange for lot rent, electricity, and water.
